H.264视频压缩测试——X264-CLI Build 533版
h.264(mpeg4-part 10、AVC)是众所周知的新一代视频压缩标准,而X264则是一个优秀的H.264编码器开放源代码实现方案,目前的X264 CLI(命令行接口)提供了对多线程编码的支持,甚至可以为AviSynth脚本(AviSynth其实就是一个视频中间)处理专门分配一个线程。
我们在这次测试中采用了一个1080i的mpeg2文件作为压缩对象,X264的执行指令如下:

从X264测试结果来看,Athlon 64 X2 5000+无疑是这次测试中的压片王:领先最接近的Pentium D 820 47%;领先Athlon 64 FX 55 75%;领先Pentium 4 XE 3.46GHz 95%(这个95%除了双核的优势外,还有SSE3扩展指令集的功劳)。
